Heritage Jiu Jitsu is always open to meeting coaches who care about teaching real skill, not just filling a time slot. These are part-time positions, usually a good fit for supplemental income alongside your main gig, not a full-time job. If that sounds like you, we would like to hear from you.

What we look for

A specialty you can speak to with real depth: no-gi grappling, wrestling, striking, or MMA.
Training experience, and ideally some experience coaching or assisting classes.
Comfort working with both kids and adults, since most of our classes mix ages and skill levels.
A belt rank or credentials that back up what you teach.

Background checks

Many of our classes include kids, so every coaching hire goes through a background check as a condition of employment. The application below asks whether you have ever been convicted of a crime, you do not need to include anything that was expunged, sealed, or pardoned, and if you check yes you will get a chance to explain.
