What we collect
When you fill out the free week signup form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and cell phone number. We do not collect payment information through this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
We use your information to text or call you back about your free week, answer your questions, and, if you join, to keep you updated on classes, schedule changes, and events at the academy. Your information is stored in our customer management system, which we use to keep track of students and leads, and is only used by Heritage Jiu Jitsu staff.
Text messages
By checking the box on our signup form, you agree to receive text messages from Heritage Jiu Jitsu about your free week and our classes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or call us at (919) 800-2021 and we will take care of it.
Tools we use
We use a few outside services to run this site and keep it working well and safely:
- LeadConnector (HighLevel), our customer management system, which stores the contact information you submit and sends the automatic text confirming your free week.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that our signup form is being submitted by a real person and not a bot. It runs quietly in the background and does not show a puzzle or checkbox.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics, which tells us how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. It does not use cookies and does not track you individually or across other websites.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies set are limited to what is needed to keep the site working correctly.
Children's information
Many of our students are children, but our website itself is meant to be used by parents and guardians, not by kids directly. If you are signing your child up for a free week or a class, you are providing their information to us as their parent or guardian.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information we have about you at any time by calling or texting (919) 800-2021, or by emailing us. We will take care of it promptly.
