- When you submit the free week form, you agree that Heritage Jiu Jitsu can text and email you about your free week: scheduling, reminders, and answers to your questions.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We don’t sell or share your phone number or email for anyone else’s marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Classes and the free week
- The free week is for new students and is subject to the class schedule.
- Training is a physical activity. Students take part at their own risk and follow the coaches’ instructions. A separate waiver may be required before your first class.
The website
- Prices, schedules, and offers on the site can change without notice.
- Photos and content on the site belong to Heritage Jiu Jitsu and may not be reused without permission.
